{"id":3379,"date":"2022-06-13T17:42:32","date_gmt":"2022-06-13T17:42:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=3379"},"modified":"2022-06-29T14:56:06","modified_gmt":"2022-06-29T14:56:06","slug":"quality-control-technician","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/job\/quality-control-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality control technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm<br \/>\nSalary $50,000 &#8211; $55,000<br \/>\n40H\/week<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Responsabilities: <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Inspect products in process of manufacturing to ensure that they meet the requirements <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Perform various controls mainly related to the manufacturing of metal parts: visual, dimensional, chemical, tensile, Charpy, and other mechanical tests <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Detect deviations and redact non-conformity reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Master the documentation of the quality department, and ensure the traceability of parts <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Operate the test benches \/ instruments of the metrology laboratory, such as micrometer, caliper, durometer and CMM<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Correctly execute the quality plan <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Perform verification and calibration of instruments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Work in collaboration with the various internal stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Support the supervisor in continuous improvement projects, and maintain a clean working environment, and participate in 5S projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Skills and qualities required: <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Possess a diploma of College Studies in mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering, or foundry, or equivalent training <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Have 0 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control or other related fields<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Experience with CMM (MCosmos software) is an asset <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Basic knowledge of ISO, ASME, ASTM standards is an asset <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Experience with ERP system, such as SAP, Epicor, is an asset <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Good computer knowledge, particularly MS Word and Excel, is essential <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Good knowledge of reading the mechanical drawing <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Knowledge of foundry and forged metal parts is an asset <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Efficiency in managing time in a fast-paced environment <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Sense of responsibility, resourcefulness and autonomy <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&#8211; Have a functional level of English will be considered an asset<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-CA\">*Only successful candidates will be contacted. *<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><br \/>\nHiring is conditional upon successful completion of a reference check, a criminal check and a credit check. on and a credit check.
