The Customer Service Representative position is a hybrid position, 50% road 50% office.

Tasks<\/p>\n
Answer customer phone calls and determine customer needs
\nEnter customer orders in the Profit Center
\nAccount for and manage warranty files
\nSupport counter sales and outside sales activities
\nResolve problems with customer orders
\nProcess customer returns
\nSort and file documents
\nHandle daily purchases and office supplies
\nProduce various documents (e.g., minutes, reports, statistics, balance sheets)
\nAll other administrative and related tasks
\nProfessional Qualifications<\/p>\n
Post secondary education
\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
\nGood team player
\nStrong planning skills
\nPositive, results-oriented attitude
\nAbility to work well under minimal supervision
\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
\nAbility to learn and apply new knowledge quickly
