As an Accountant, you’ll be responsible for recording all transactions in the company’s accounting cycle
\ncycle, payroll processing, cash management and account analysis.
\naccount analyses.<\/p>\n

MORE SPECIFICALLY :<\/strong>
\n– Carries out sales invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
\n– Records inventory receipts, supplier invoices and makes payments
\n– Records deposits and reconciles bank accounts
\n– Produces payroll and ensures the integrity of transmitted data
\n– Produce analyses and reconciliations for the preparation of financial statements
\n– Manage credit, make inquiries, approve orders, and contact customers as needed
\nas needed
\n– Maintains group insurance files (additions, withdrawals, billing) and provides
\nsupport to employees as needed
\n– Participates in the improvement and control of accounting and administrative processes.

PROFILE SOUGHT:<\/strong>
\n– Candidate with 7 to 10 years’ experience in similar positions
\n– Functional bilingualism is essential
\n– Proficient with Excel and the Office suite
\n– Knowledge of Sage 300 or a similar ERP system (an asset)
\n– Organized, rigorous, attention to quality, detail and a job well done
\n– Ability to analyze and understand operations
