Overview of your role with our customer<\/p>\n
As a new Service Technician you will represent our customer by providing quality customer service in the servicing and maintenance of our equipment. You will receive ongoing support to develop technical skills through field experience and other in-house resources.<\/p>\n
Your Tasks will be:<\/p>\n
Ensure the maintenance and reliability of our customers’ Chicago Pneumatic products, as well as other compressor brands, and advise them on the general operation and maintenance of their equipment.
\nSet up new equipment and effectively diagnose customers’ electrical and mechanical faults.
\nSupport our local customer base and support time utilization.
\nProudly represent our customer’s image.
\nComplete timesheets and work orders appropriately, all on an electronic tablet.<\/p>\n
Skills required:<\/p>\n
Certification in one of the following fields; Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics
\nOral and written French
\nEnglish, basic knowledge.
\nValid driver’s license.
\nGood customer service and communication skills.
\nInterested in working on the road, frequent travel.
\nAdaptability to occasional on-call schedules that may require evenings, weekends and holidays (in case of emergency calls).
\nExperience in compressed air equipment maintenance (asset)
\nExperience as a refrigeration technician (an important asset)<\/p>\n
