DEPARTMENT: Maintenance<\/p>\n
SHIFT: Monday to Friday (7am to 3:30pm)<\/p>\n
Role & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electromechanic inspects, repairs\/adjusts, installs or replaces machinery and equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic). He acts in the service of production and ensures that the various pieces of equipment are available for production.<\/p>\n Main duties :<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure that production lines are operating optimally; What we’re looking for :<\/strong> Benefits :<\/strong><\/p>\n – 300 allowance for tools (annual)
\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and programming problems (troubleshooting);
\nMake inspection rounds and communicate\/address any problems raised;
\nPlan work to be done and fill out work orders according to tasks;
\nAnalyze and submit improvement projects to the production process;
\nInstall, replace and test machines, equipment and control systems;
\nPerform welding, painting and building maintenance as required;
\nParticipate in various continuous improvement projects
\nPerform building maintenance
\nInitiate the operation of equipment and machines
\nFollow preventive maintenance procedures
\nFollow Trouble Shooting procedures
\nSupplier knowledge
\nInventory management procedures
\nReport production<\/p>\n
\nGood knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics,
\nKnowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley)
\nRecognized manual skills
\nVery good ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
\nAutonomous and resourceful.
\nWillingness to work overtime as required.
