Based in Montreal on a hybrid basis, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of a fast-growing company offering affordable renewable energy for all.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Director in the preparation of documentation for the renewal of various insurance contracts;<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain an insurance database that includes policy information, renewal dates and underwriting data;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that insurance policies are issued and renewed with insurance brokers, and that deadlines are met;<\/li>\n<li>Assist operating sites in coordinating loss control inspections and follow up to ensure implementation of recommendations issued by insurers;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that insurance information posted on the company&#8217;s intranet site is kept up to date;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out the department&#8217;s accounting operations (invoice processing, payment follow-up, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Provide required assistance to Boralex personnel regarding certain aspects of insurance and risk management policies and procedures such as;<\/li>\n<li>Instructions in the event of an insurance claim;<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining insurance certificates from our suppliers;<br \/>\nCircumstances and types of incidents to be reported (lawsuit, fire\/damage, etc.) to the company&#8217;s insurance team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates in the drafting and preparation of communications, presentations and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks related to risk management and daily operations of the department;<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of new trends in the insurance industry and risk management through continuing education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AEC in Property &amp; Casualty Insurance or university training;<\/li>\n<li>3 years&#8217; relevant experience an asset;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingualism;<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughness, analytical skills and ability to manage priorities;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop good relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OUR CLIENT OFFERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A salary of $70,000 to $80,000 \/ year depending on your experience<\/li>\n<li>An aggressive bonus plan (up to 15% of your annual salary)<\/li>\n<li>A group insurance plan with employer contribution (74%) offered from your first day.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours on a hybrid basis (1 to 2 days a week in the office);<\/li>\n<li>3 weeks&#8217; vacation + paid time off between Christmas &amp; New Year&#8217;s Day<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced group RRSP plan with employer contribution;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the growth of a company actively involved in the energy transition;<\/li>\n<li>Add your talent to an agile team;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning through ongoing training;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"roger@agencecarrieres.ca","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":1,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"class_list":{"0":"post-7856","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","6":"job_position_featured"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/7856","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/7856\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":7857,"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/7856\/revisions\/7857"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/agencecarrieres.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=7856"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
