\nYour Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n
You will play a key role in managing payments, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
You will also be responsible for developing Excel dashboards<\/strong> to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), revenues, and cashflow<\/strong>.
Your work will have a direct impact on the financial operations and decision-making processes of the company.<\/p>\n
\nMain Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\u2022 Manage accounts receivable: issue client invoices, send them out, and follow up on payments.
\u2022 Handle bank transactions and perform account reconciliations.
\u2022 Prepare and process payroll according to established procedures.
\u2022 Conduct account analysis and reconciliations in support of monthly financial statements.
\u2022 Create and maintain Excel dashboards to monitor KPIs, revenues, and cashflow.
\u2022 Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.<\/p>\n
\nProfile Sought<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\u2022 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
\u2022 Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel<\/strong> (intermediate to advanced level, including pivot tables and formulas).
\u2022 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
\u2022 Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
\u2022 Versatile, resourceful, and team-oriented.<\/p>\n
