Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Identify, target, and develop a commercial clientele<\/strong> (investors, real estate groups, businesses)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Conduct proactive outreach and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals<\/strong> and professional presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Represent the company at industry events, real estate fairs, and business networking activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with internal teams (construction, estimating, marketing<\/strong>) to ensure client satisfaction and aligned project goals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Relevant experience in business development<\/strong>, B2B sales<\/strong>, or the real estate\/construction<\/strong> industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Ability to understand technical documentation (plans, timelines, specifications \u2013 an asset)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Fluent in French (spoken and written); functional English is an asset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
