association on Nuns\u2019 Island, is seeking a <strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"502\">live-in concierge<\/strong> to ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth operation of their residential building.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"777\">This position is ideal for a reliable, self-directed, and committed individual who wishes to enjoy a <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"719\">4\u00bd-room condo on site<\/strong> along with access to the gym, pool, and reception hall.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"782\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"784\" data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"957\">Maintain the daily cleanliness of common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways, stairwells, community and sports rooms, gym, showers, saunas).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li
