About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our client, a well-established condominium association on Nuns\u2019 Island, is seeking a live-in concierge<\/strong> to ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth operation of their residential building.<\/p>\n

This position is ideal for a reliable, self-directed, and committed individual who wishes to enjoy a 4\u00bd-room condo on site<\/strong> along with access to the gym, pool, and reception hall.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Maintain the daily cleanliness of common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways, stairwells, community and sports rooms, gym, showers, saunas).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of garages, garbage chutes, technical rooms, and outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist with winter snow removal (main entrances, emergency exits, ramps).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Inspect and maintain mechanical and safety systems (lighting, ventilation, sprinklers, alarms, garage doors, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Respond to emergencies and provide a reassuring presence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Carry out minor maintenance work (painting, small repairs, lighting fixtures).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and clean spaces for move-ins, move-outs, and events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A complete task list is provided as an appendix and may be adjusted by the employer as needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Schedule:<\/strong> Monday to Friday (37.5 h\/week including lunch break).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Availability:<\/strong> 2 additional hours on weekends + emergencies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Exclusivity:<\/strong> No other employment permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
