POSITION SUMMARY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Reporting to the Chief of the Information Technology Division<\/strong>, the IT Technician<\/strong> is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and security of all computer systems and specialized IT equipment.<\/p>\n

The position requires full on-site presence<\/strong>, due to hands-on work, proximity support, and interventions on physical and embedded systems.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\ud83d\udda5\ufe0f Infrastructure & Workstations<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and specialized equipment.
\u2022 Ensure the proper operation of the network, servers, and IP telephony systems.
\u2022 Install and update software, vehicle-mounted equipment, and additional tools.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd10 Security & Maintenance<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Apply and maintain IT security protocols.
\u2022 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
\u2022 Handle vendor follow-ups (repairs, updates, purchases).<\/p>\n

\ud83e\uddf0 Technical Support<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, access, accounts).
\u2022 Maintain inventory of equipment, workstations, and software.
\u2022 Participate in IT projects, technical specifications, and implementations.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udea8 Specialized Equipment<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Support embedded systems and emergency communication equipment.
\u2022 Ensure the reliability, monitoring, and maintenance of critical systems.<\/p>\n

PROFILE SOUGHT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent.
\u2022 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of Windows 10\/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IP telephony.
\u2022 Networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, WiFi, DHCP, DNS.
\u2022 Functional English (for vendor communication).
\u2022 Strong autonomy, organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
\u2022 Ability to work well in a team while being structured and independent.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
\u2022 Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
\u2022 Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
