Role Overview<\/strong>
You act as the central point of contact for customers<\/strong>, ensuring accurate, professional, and timely responses while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
\ud83d\udcde Handle customer and distributor inquiries (phone & email)
\ud83d\udcd1 Prepare and validate quotations<\/strong> with the sales team
\ud83d\udd04 Conduct follow-ups to advance files and close opportunities
\ud83d\udce6 Process orders<\/strong> and track deliveries, timelines, and logistics
\ud83d\udee0 Provide after-sales support<\/strong> (returns, credits, customer satisfaction)
\ud83e\udd1d Build trust-based relationships<\/strong> with customers and partners
\ud83d\udca1 Identify complementary product opportunities when applicable
\ud83d\udd01 Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve processes<\/p>\n

Profile & Qualifications<\/strong>
\u2714\ufe0f 2+ years<\/strong> of customer service experience
\u2714\ufe0f Comfortable in B2B \/ industrial environments<\/strong> (strong asset)
\u2714\ufe0f Bilingual (English\/French)<\/strong> \u2013 written & spoken
\u2714\ufe0f Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\u2714\ufe0f Clear, structured, and professional communication style
\u2714\ufe0f Comfortable in a structured, calm, and collaborative<\/strong> workplace<\/p>\n

Working Conditions<\/strong>
