The practice is structured and well supported by paralegals and legal assistants, allowing notaries to focus on high-value professional work \u2014 legal analysis, client advisory, and execution of acts.<\/p>\n

The Opportunity<\/h3>\n

Due to steady workflow in residential and commercial real estate as well as personal law matters (wills, estates, protection mandates, trusts), the firm is looking to add a notary capable of managing files with rigor and autonomy.<\/p>\n

This role is well suited for a junior-to-intermediate notary seeking a stable, well-organized practice environment with strong administrative support.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

    Draft and review deeds of sale, financing documents, leases, and related acts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Conduct title examinations (residential & commercial)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Issue legal opinions, particularly in real estate matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle co-ownership and financing files<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
