As our client’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for talent acquisition, conducting video conference interviews and qualifying new brokers as well as sharing company policies and procedures. You will be their point of contact for the follow-up of their application.

Hours of work: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Coffee and free parking
Create lists of candidates
Make preliminary screenings
Documenting all interactions with candidates and conducting follow-ups
Sharing the corporate vision
Train new brokers on procedures and policies
Follow up on broker results
Make recommendations to brokers
Help and support brokers in their learning process
Motivate and guide brokers
Publication of job descriptions
Search for candidates on different platforms
Analysis of candidates during interviews
Revision of CVs
Schedule and conduct interviews via videoconference
Participation in the implementation of the recruitment strategy
Search for new recruitment channels
Point of contact and support for new brokers
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in recruitment
Experience as a staff trainer (an asset).
Practical experience with candidate tracking systems, professional networks.
Likes to search relentlessly to find the rare pearl!
Desires to meet and exceed objectives
Possesses an excellent level of spoken/written French and English
Demonstrates rigor and a strong sense of organization
Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives
Possesses very good interpersonal skills
A collaborative spirit and a person-centered mindset
Experience with CRM systems
Good knowledge of recent technologies
Must be able to work in our Gatineau, QC office.
