The company manufactures and delivers innovative solutions to extend the life of parking structures, stadiums, garages, basements, and many other facilities.

To do this successfully, the person must be able to do the following:
The individual we are looking for must be an articulate, passionate and convincing presenter, capable of establishing relationships of trust with clients while penetrating new markets;
Focused on developing new projects and soliciting new customers;
Maintain customer satisfaction by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Master our products, our competition in the market and how to position the products to overcome these factors;
Communicate and contact potential customers and suppliers by phone, email and in on-site meetings, including final presentations;
Negotiate contracts with various stakeholders and shareholders Coordinates resources to ensure the successful installation of new products and services;
Make various presentations to potential clients;
Develop / maintain and communicate expertise on products, industry and new market trends;
Coordinate sales materials, testimonials and the participation of subject matter experts to ensure the success of voter presentations;
Strategically deploy its regional sales development action plan, set and achieve sales objectives, plan execution, be present on the market and implement strategies;
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related industry within an epoxy flooring;
Sales manager position;
Necessary to work on a schedule determined by the needs of sales, customers and the company;
Good math skills can calculate numbers and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, square footage and volume;
Keep an organized database of clients;
Respond to the sales, loyalty and profitability objectives assigned to it and seek opportunities for profitable growth;
Possess a Vehicle and a valid driving license;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Adaptable / Flexible / Take the initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
