Do you have an ability to develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients through every step of the project management process up to delivery? You are proactive, organized and able to adapt in a context of change? Your role will be to manage commercial projects in a turnkey formula where planning, team coordination, control, quality and profitability will be at the heart of your priorities in order to respect the client’s promise. As an expert in project management best practices, you will act as a coach to team members. With a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement, you will actively contribute to the company’s growth.
YOUR TALENTS ARE SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS
Project management training or other relevant construction training
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large and customized projects
Knowledge of building construction (food, stores and pharmacies)
Knowledge of the woodworking industry (an asset)
Knowledge of the Office suite and MS Project, ERP, AutoCad and General Estimator softwares
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Excellent management of deliverables and sense of urgency
Ability to work on various files simultaneously
Adaptability and excellent judgment
Be available to travel (mobility)
Bilingualism spoken and written (required)
