**RESPONSIBILITIES**
SALES (80% of the job)
-Solicit and close sales via inbound/outbound calls, association lists and given inbound leads.
-Act as expert advisor and technical consultant.
-Advise customers and target their needs.
SUPPORT AND FOLLOW-UP (20% of task)
-Ensure customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Follow-up existing customer files
-Route orders and provide 1st level customer service.
PROFESSIONAL/PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
-Practical sales experience (B2B sales).
Above-average communication, time and priority management skills.
Results-oriented, methodical and autonomous
-Comfortable with technology (computer, mobile device and software)
-Excellent command of French (spoken and written) & English-Bilingual
-Knowledge of payment solutions/banking.
