Brief summary of your duties:

Data entry (new customers – contracts).
Take calls and e-mails from customers to answer their questions. Whether for remote technical support, billing questions or any other assistance needs.
Follow up with customers on billing issues.
Act as a bridge between Fiserve and customers to facilitate certain procedures.
Become an expert on Clover products and their particularities (training provided).

Profile required:

You have at least 3 years’ experience in coordination and administration.
Customer service is a strength for you and you are patient.
Suite office technology, CRM system, payment terminals an asset.
Bilingual French and English: A must!

Conditions of employment :

Type of employment : Full time (40 hr week) in person
Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift
