Tasks
Answer customer phone calls and determine customer needs
Enter customer orders in the Profit Center
Account for and manage warranty files
Support counter sales and outside sales activities
Resolve problems with customer orders
Process customer returns
Sort and file documents
Handle daily purchases and office supplies
Produce various documents (e.g., minutes, reports, statistics, balance sheets)
All other administrative and related duties
Professional Qualifications:
Post-secondary education
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Good team player
Strong planning skills
Positive, results-oriented attitude
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly
