Our client is growing and looking for several experts in the field of paid media.

We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to manage and oversee large-scale projects in order to create successful digital campaigns for high-profile clients.
The Specialist must be an active participant in change management, ensuring efficiency and production while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

AT OUR CLIENT’S, YOU WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO :

  • Define and implement effective and innovative digital media strategies for our various clients
  • Manage and optimize SEM strategies for accounts: keyword research, campaign set-up, campaign optimization, conversion tracking validation
  • Train team members, support them in the development of their skills and ensure the performance of their actions
  • Participate in the strategic direction of the department and participate in sales pitches
  • Support and mobilize the team in achieving the objectives of the various client accounts and challenge the status quo in order to maximize results

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • University degree in a relevant field (marketing, e-commerce, business administration, communications, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the digital marketing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Display, Search, Shopping feeds), good knowledge of Google Analytics and knowledge of tracking pixels (Google Ads, Facebook, Floodlight, GA, Google Tag Manager)
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio and the DV360 platform (an asset)
  • Fluently bilingual
  • Demonstrate strong team spirit
  • Ability to identify optimizations and growth opportunities for clients
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal)
