As a seniorBusiness Analyst at CHEMTEC COATINGS, your primary responsibility will be to support our digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the company—including Finance, Sales, Project Management, and Human Resources—as well as your IT team members, including those in development, business intelligence (BI), infrastructure, and the service center.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **ERP Migration and Implementation:** Play a key role in the financial aspects of our new ERP system migration and implementation project.

– **Business Needs Analysis:** Work with business teams to define their needs, guide them in choosing appropriate solutions by identifying alternatives, and provide recommendations. Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan.

– **Functional Support:** Offer daily operational support to business teams, proposing ideas for process improvements.

– **Application Configuration:** Configure software applications to align with business needs and processes, ensuring that standard practices and procedures are followed.

– **Ticket Processing:** Manage project tickets, change requests, and bug fixes to maintain system efficiency.

– **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Establish and execute unit tests and acceptance plans, coordinating with super users to gather feedback before and after implementation.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and the broader user community to ensure successful project outcomes.

– **Data Management:** Analyze, process, convert, and clean data to maintain accurate and optimized information for business use.

– **Application Portfolio Maintenance:** Maintain a well-optimized portfolio of applications and reports that support the business unit’s needs.

– **Effort Estimation:** Provide effort estimates as part of IT project planning.

– **Training Support:** Prepare training materials and assist in training super users as required.

– **Supply Chain and Operations Support:** Assist operations in managing processes related to supply chain follow-ups, sticker printing, and other digital tasks.

– **Business Process Understanding:** Evaluate and document business processes, particularly within operations, to understand requirements and suggest potential solutions.

– **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about the latest advancements in IT and maintain detailed documentation of your learnings and contributions.

– **Solution Design Assistance:** Support the creation and refinement of solutions tailored to business needs, including the design and configuration of selected software systems.

– **Data Analysis:** Assist in data analysis to derive insights that guide the development of effective solutions.

– **Resource Management:** Help manage resources effectively, acting as a liaison between different stakeholders during the solution development process.

– **Testing and Prioritization:** Aid in user acceptance testing and help manage task priorities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

– **Project Launch Support:** Contribute to the launch of new solutions, participate in project management tasks, and provide necessary guidance and training to clients during the implementation phase.

– **ERP Data Entry:** Enter and review data in our ERP system, setting up the ERP to meet the needs of various departments.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Business Technology Management (BTM) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is mandatory OR  in industrial engineering

– Minor in Supply Chain Management.

– Proficiency in ZOHO One. (Asset)

– Good knowledge of Power BI

– Strong understanding of business processes.

– Adaptability to change and a readiness to thrive in a fast-growing company.

– Bilingual proficiency (Asset, but not required)
