Our client is a well-established law and notary firm with over 90 years of experience, known for its excellence, stability, and human-centered values. They are currently seeking a Paralegal (Legal Technician) to join the corporate law team at their Brossard office.
Your Responsibilities
In collaboration with the lawyers and notaries, you will be responsible for:

📚 Reviewing and updating minute books

🔍 Conducting legal research (RDPRM, land register, etc.)

📄 Keeping corporate records up to date: resolutions, annual reports, federal, provincial, and extraprovincial filings

🏢 Preparing documentation for incorporations, organizations, and business acquisitions (federal and provincial)
-
📁 Preparing closing binders
-
🔄 Participating in corporate reorganizations
-
⚖️ Assisting with the drafting of procedures for the litigation department

Desired Profile

DEC in Paralegal Studies

Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law (an asset)

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Excellent client service orientation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingualism (English/French – an asset)
