✨ About the role

Our client, a well-established and growing notarial office, is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Saint-Hubert.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients while also providing essential administrative support to the legal team in their daily activities. You’ll find a warm, structured, and collaborative environment that encourages professional growth in the notarial and real estate field.


💼 Main responsibilities

  • Greet clients at the office and answer phone calls.

  • Take messages and provide clients with updates on their files.

  • Follow up on client files and manage incoming and outgoing communications.

  • Manage the office’s main calendar and coordinate appointments.

  • Provide administrative support to the team of legal assistants.

  • Draft and review documents, letters, and communications to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Organize and file documentation (scanning, archiving, mail).

  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

👤 Desired profile

  • DEP or DEC in administration, law, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written); intermediate English is an asset.

  • Quick thinker, curious, and with an interest in real estate.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Autonomous, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Experience in a notarial office or law firm is an asset, but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of legal software (Land Register of Quebec, RDPRM, REQ, Pro-Cardex) is an asset.

  • Available to work 100% on-site.

  • Open to both junior and senior profiles, depending on experience.
