Our client, a well-established and growing notarial office, is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Saint-Hubert.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients while also providing essential administrative support to the legal team in their daily activities. You’ll find a warm, structured, and collaborative environment that encourages professional growth in the notarial and real estate field.
💼 Main responsibilities

Greet clients at the office and answer phone calls.

Take messages and provide clients with updates on their files.

Follow up on client files and manage incoming and outgoing communications.

Manage the office’s main calendar and coordinate appointments.

Provide administrative support to the team of legal assistants.

Draft and review documents, letters, and communications to ensure accuracy and quality.

Organize and file documentation (scanning, archiving, mail).

Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

👤 Desired profile

DEP or DEC in administration, law, or equivalent experience.

Excellent command of French (spoken and written); intermediate English is an asset.

Quick thinker, curious, and with an interest in real estate.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Autonomous, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Experience in a notarial office or law firm is an asset, but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of legal software (Land Register of Quebec, RDPRM, REQ, Pro-Cardex) is an asset.

Available to work 100% on-site.
