2 to 3 years of experience in administration or insurance

Fully bilingual in French and English (required)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills

🎯 Your key responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for clients (calls, emails, in-person visits)

Provide full administrative support to the team (organization, reservations, Outlook calendar, reception)

Manage and ensure compliance of documentation (scanning, filing, mail processing)

Use the Applied Epic system daily for policy and claim management
-
Support the claims process (opening/closing files, loss reports, Lloyd’s inspections)

Take part in regular training sessions to stay up to date on products, trends, and industry issues
