We are looking for people for industrial maintenance in Pointe-Claire.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work (upon request)
Ensure the proper functioning of the center’s equipment (waste compactor, dock door, cardboard press, battery, hooks etc.)
Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the various systems (electricity, heating, plumbing, piping, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection)
Analyze and adjust these different systems and ensure their compliance with building standards;
Maintain the HVAC, plumbing, security and electrical systems;
Perform general maintenance such as carpentry, minor repairs and other more or less complex work;
Respond to calls from the dispatcher such as: temperature discomfort, water infiltration, fan noise, ballast, blown breaker, faulty outlet etc;
Repair and maintain buildings, sanitary facilities and perform simple mechanical work on a daily basis;
Implement the procedures and work methods established by the building;
Perform all other related duties.

Desired Skills :
Building knowledge or apprentice building mechanic or any related specializations with relevant experience is accepted;
Good knowledge of all plumbing, garage door repair, basic electrical, glazing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc;
Possess a facility for manual and general work;
Ability to operate rolling equipment (an asset);
Be in good physical shape;
Have a good stamina and dexterity for manual work;
Spoken and written language: French (Mandatory).
Good knowledge of all plumbing, garage door repair, basic electrical, glazing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc;
Possess a facility for manual and general work;
Ability to operate rolling equipment (an asset);
Be in good physical shape;
Have a good stamina and dexterity for manual work;
Spoken and written language: French (Mandatory).
Experience :
Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
You must have :
Your basic tool bag;
