Duties and Responsibilities:
– Solve high complexity problems and be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, replacement, installation, adjustment and maintenance of all equipment in the plant and company building;
– Serve the production and ensure that the production line is always running;
– Participate in the preventive maintenance program of the machines;
– Support the production line;
– Perform troubleshooting;
– Be able to manage 3 to 5 production lines.
Profile and skills required:
– Professional training (DEC, AEC, DEP)
– Relevant professional experience or recognized equivalent combined with alternative training
– In-depth knowledge of maintenance mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and electronics
– Successful completion of required tests (Optitest)
– Autonomy and initiative
– Four to five years of relevant experience in the field
– Knowledge of PLC (programmable logic controllers)
– Flexibility and availability to respond to emergency production calls
– Ability to manage priorities
– Sharp mind and good analytical skills (diagnose problems quickly)
Interview process:
– 1st step – Customer interview,
– Step 2 – Factory visit,
– Step 3 – 3 hour test.
Salary specifications:
– Starts at $28/hr
– After 1000 hours 30,27/H
– After 1500 hours 33$ / H
