*60,000 to 70,000 depending on experience + Benefits + Bonuses
Role and responsibilities :
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for all evening shift activities related to the preparation of raw materials, production, and shipping of our products, within established parameters and prescribed deadlines. He/she demonstrates leadership at all times and promotes, through his/her actions, health and safety in the workplace.
Working conditions
Monday to Friday, 3:15pm to 11:45pm
General skills required:
- Experience in a “made-to-order” production environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Skilled communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Recognized organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Training in production management or equivalent an asset
- Knowledge of numerical control machines (CNC) an asset
- At ease in a computerized environment
