Responsibilities
• Provide a personalized and tailored welcome to each guest, and follow up from their arrival until their departure.
• Perform check-in, check-out, billing and collections.
• Follow up on information and special requests from customers to the appropriate departments.
• Operate the switchboard and take reservations.
• Assign rooms appropriately (rates, special requests, etc.).
• Perform any other tasks or projects requested by hotel management.
