Duties and responsibilities :
– Ensure continuous improvement of tools and procedures;
– Establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders;
– Ensure compliance with our corporate policies, controls and procedures for managing tenant communications.
– Collaborate with the Property Management and Legal teams to resolve any collection or tenant profile processing issues;
– Implement initiatives to standardize building rules;
– In charge of all tenant communications;
– In charge of customer service
– Negotiate contract denials/breaks
– Available outside of office hours (emergency evenings and weekends);
– Any representation before the housing administrative tribunal
– Administer leases
– Leasing agent (high season: February to July)
– Conduct tenant screenings (peak season: February to July)
– Liaise between tenants and landlords;
– See to tenant complaints;
Desired Skills:
– Available after hours (emergency evenings and weekends);
– Good judgment, analysis, attention to detail;
– Very good interpersonal skills;
– Develop negotiation skills;
– Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft office;
– Ability to work with minimal supervision;
– Fluently bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
Experience :
– A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
