Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
Our client, a well-established general contractor with over 40 years of experience specializing in private and public building projects, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for various institutional and commercial projects.
Responsibilities

Take full ownership of projects under your responsibility, ensuring profitability and quality delivery

Plan, coordinate, and execute projects while ensuring client satisfaction and proactive risk management (scheduling, technical issues, change orders, etc.)

Manage human and material resources, including team staffing, procurement of materials, and contract negotiations

Work closely with the Superintendent to establish and maintain project schedules

Oversee work compliance and manage warranty-related requests
Qualifications

University degree in Construction Engineering or a related field, or a College diploma combined with equivalent experience

Approximately 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in institutional construction projects

Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong strategic decision-making skills
