Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and develop a commercial clientele (investors, real estate groups, businesses)

Conduct proactive outreach and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and professional presentations

Represent the company at industry events, real estate fairs, and business networking activities

Collaborate with internal teams (construction, estimating, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and aligned project goals
What We’re Looking For

Relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, or the real estate/construction industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to understand technical documentation (plans, timelines, specifications – an asset)

Fluent in French (spoken and written); functional English is an asset
