Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage specializing in commercial transport insurance for over 25 years, is currently seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join their VIP Personal Lines department.
The broker will be responsible for developing and expanding the personal lines division within the firm’s existing client base.
Key Responsibilities

Promote additional products and upsell to existing clients

Analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions

Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries

Process policy changes and update client records

Verify policy documents issued by insurers

Maintain accurate and organized client files

Bilingual (French / English) — an asset

Must hold a valid AMF Damage Insurance Broker License (Personal Lines)

Minimum 2 years of experience in property and casualty insurance

Familiarity with the following systems and insurers is an asset: Tarifexpert, Contact AP, L’Unique, Orbite, Pacific Marine, April Marine
